Hello fellow gamers!
Intro To Your Author
My name is Eden, but feel free to call me by my gamer tag, Zirai. Gaming has always been a go-to activity for allowing myself to relax. During family gatherings I would wonder off to play Super Mario World by myself in my aunt’s basement. As a pre-teen, I would wake up at 5am to have time to play Sims 2 before school. In case you were curious, I was born in 1997.
As I aged, I was ridiculed for my interests and it pushed me to take a big step back from gaming in an attempt to fit in. Luckily my high school allowed every student to rent an iPad, so I wasn’t completely void of games to play. It wasn’t until 2022 that I would begin properly gaming again.
I purchased my very own console for the first time ever, which was the Nintendo Switch. I immediately fell in love with new games, like Mario Kart 8, that featured some of my old favorite characters (shout out to Toad <3). Like many others I spent hundreds of hours playing Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing: New Horizons. I was able to play (new to me) Pokémon games too.
Why Join This Community?
Today I find myself wanting to be part of a community that shares a love and appreciation for games. My hope is that you will become part of this community and experience games both new and old with me.
This is primarily a cozy gaming community, hence the title Cozy Quest Chronicles. Some games are naturally more cozy than others. However, I believe that cozy gaming can also be a style in which we play a game.
I do intend to share about other topics as well. The posts will be separated to keep things easy to find. Please reach out if there is something you want more of!
